Hello everyone and welcome to my channel Tangy kitchen Today we will make Veg Lollipop We add lots of vegetables in it Kids avoid to eat vegetables Kids love to eat You can serve it as breakfast or snacks Also serve as starter ALL PURPOSE FLOUR- 2 TBSP BROWN BREAD SLICES CORIANDER LEAVES- 2 TBSP CAPSICUM- 2 TBSP ONION- 2 TBSP CABBAGE- 2 TBSP CARROT- 2 TBSP GRATED OIL AS NEEDED CORIANDER POWDER- 1 TSP RED CHILLY POWDER- 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER- 1/4 TSP CHAAT MASALA – 1 /2 TSP SALT TO TASTYE AND 1- TBSP TOMATO KETCH UP WHOLE WHEAT SEV Preparation for stuffing Put kadai on gas Add 1- tbsp oil in it Oil is heated now add onion Mix well Cook for 2 minutes Till they become light pink Onion became light pink in colour Add capsicum Add cabbage Keep the flame slow Mix well Add grated carrot Add salt to taste Add turmeric powder Add red chilly powder Add coriander powder Add chaat masala and mix well Cook till vegetables become soft Vegetables are cooked now and add tomato ketch up Add coriander leaves Stuffing is ready Turn off the gas Take out stuffing into a plate Stuffing is cool down Take all purpose flour in small bowl Add little water and make slurry Slurry is ready Take bread slice on chopping board Cut with small glass or cookie cutter And make small circle Prepare left over bread same way Take round slice of bread Put stuffing with spoon Put another circle on bread and make like sandwich Put lollipop in maida slurry Coat with slurry properly After coating slurry Coat with sev properly Prepare left over lollipop same way Put tava on gas with medium flame Add oil on tava Roast Lollipop till they become golden brown from both side Flip lollipop Add oil on another side Check another side They become golden brown from both side Take out into a plate Serve in serving plate Garnish with tomato ketch up You surely try it at home Give me feedback If you like my video than give LIKE SHARE with your friends SUBSCRIBE for more recipes Will you meet again THANK YOU and BYE
