Hello everyone, myself Beena and you are welcome to my channel Tangy Kitchen Today we will make Sev Rolls We have coated rolls with sev So that they remain crispy for 4 to 5 hours you can give in tiffin box of kids Lets start making sev rolls INGREDIENTS : POTATO -2 BOILED CORIANDER LEAVES – 1/4 CUP BREAD SLICE – 3 CRUMB LITTLE SEV FOR COATING SALT TO TASTE CHAAT MASALA POWDER – 1/2 TSP GREEN CHILLY -1 AND GINGER SMALL – PASTE CHILLY FLAKES – 1/2 TSP Lets start making sev rolls First we will make mixture for sev rolls Add bread crumb in boiled and smashed potatoes i have used brown bread here you can use regular bread also Add salt to taste Add chilly flakes Add chaat masala Add ginger garlic paste Add coriander leaves Mix well prepare dough mixture is ready now Take big lemon size lump in hand roll in hand give cylindrical shape now coat with sev sev is not coating properly directly hence i have made slurry with 1 tsp corn flour and little water now dip roll in sev coat it properly put it in a plate prepare all rest of rolls in same way I have already put oil in pan on gas with high flame when oil is hot, add rolls one by one Bring down gas flame to low check rools and flip for fry from all sides When rolls are crispy and fried then take them out in a plate Fry rest of rolls in same way Sev rolls are fried and served I have served with tomato catch up I have prepared dip with mayonnise and tomato sauce Pour little on top of rolls ;put small pieces of tomato and onion for garnishing so that it become very tasty and attractive Sev rollls are ready with garnishing and ready to eat you sure try this delicious recipe at home give your feedback in comment below if you like my video then give LIKE to video SHARE with your friends SUBSCRIBE my channel so that you can watch my upcoming videos Will meet you again with new recipe.
