Valentine Fryers are really easy to clean. We have a bucket underneath which collects the oil, we have filters, this is a filtration
model, so we have a fine mesh filter which filters down to smaller than a
human hair, that prolongs the life of the oil and gives you a cleaner oil to give
your customer a better product in the restaurant. Open the draining valve is
just a case of opening up there and as a safety feature the door will not close
properly when the valve is open so that’s a little reminder that you need
to close the valve before you shut the door and then when you’re refilling them
with the oil you’re not going to get to oil all over your feet.
