Hey guys so I just went to the elbow doctor yesterday and now I’m going to the gym so that means I can do bars, but no releases and catching so I’m going to be doing bars for the first time in 10 months and I’m going to be doing handstands press handstands for the first ti- or- second time in 6 months, 6 months so that will be interesting and I’m really excited So I just finished practice and I got to do bars, and it was so fun because I haven’t done it in forever and it was hard but it was- I was so excited to swing again *laughs* that was so bad but I did kip cast handstands and giants and… that’s it. But yayyy okay
