WE’RE AT CLIFTON’S CAFETERIA. I HAVE TO TELL YOU THIS PLACE IS REALLY COOL, AND THE CHEF IS GOING TO MAKE ME ONE OF MY FAVORITE PASTA DISHES. WE’RE GOING TO TAKE A LITTLE BIT OF GARLIC. YOU DON’T WANT THE PAN TO BE TOO HOT BECAUSE YOU ARE GOING TO BURN THE GARLIC TOO FAST. WE ADD OUR CHERRY TOMATOES, STOPS THE GARLIC FROM BURNING. PUT THAT IN THERE. THEN PUT A LITTLE OF SHOT OF THAT IN THERE. WE’RE GOING TO STEP BACK. I’M GOING TO PUT THAT PASTA IN THE WATER. FRESH PASTA, MINUTE AND A MINUTE AND A HALF TOPS. THAT’S RIGHT. BOILING SALT WATER. FRESH SAUCE THAT WE MADE WITH VINE RIPENED TOMATOES. WE’RE GOING TO ADD ABOUT 4 OUNCES. ADD A LITTLE BIT OF CREAM, ABOUT AN OUNCE, JUST A LITTLE BIT. GO AHEAD AND ADD OUR PEAS. AND WE’RE GOING TO TAKE THE FRESH PASTA AND DROP THAT RIGHT IN. WE HAVE SOME FRESH MOZZARELLA CHEESE. I WILL START ADDING IN A LITTLE BIT OF PARMESAN. ADD A LITTLE BIT OF CHEESE.
