Hello everyone myself Beena and welcome to my channel Tangy kitchen Today we will make suji khastta kachori Who don’t like to eat maida They can make semolina kachori Kachori is crisp and tasty in taste Let’s start making Kachori BOILED POTATO- 6 BOILED SEMOLINA- 1 CUP PEAS- 1/2 CUP CHAAT MASALA – 1 TSP RED CHILLY POWDER- 1 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER- 1 TSP SALT TO TASTE GREEN CHILLY- 2 AND GINGER SMALL AESAFETIDA- 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER- 1/4 TSP JEERA – 1 TSP AND LEMON JUICE- 1/2 TSP OIL AS NEEDED Preparation for dough Put a kadai on gas Add 2- cups of water Add water double quantity of suji Wait for boiling water Water is boiling now Add salt to taste Keep the flame slow Add suji and mix immediately So that no lumps foamed Make tight dough Continuously stir it Semolina absorb water Dough is ready now and off the gas Take out into a plate and put for cool down For making stuffing Put a pan on gas and add 2 – tbsp oil in it Oil is heated now and add jeera After crackling jeera Add aesafetida and keep the flame slow So that spices don’t burn Add ginger and green chilly paste Add turmeric powder Add red chilly Add garam masala Add chaat masala Add boiled potato Add frozen or boiled peas Mix well Add salt to taste Mix well Off the flame and add lemon juice Mix well Take out stuffing into a plate Semolina dough is cool now Add 2- tbsp oil on it Knead dough We need smooth and soft dough For making kachori Take a big lemon size dough Make tikki Make puri with thumb Make ball from stuffing Put stuffing between puri Cover stuffing properly Put ready kachori into a plate Prepare left over kachori same way Put oil for fry Oil is heated now Put kachori one by one We need hot oil for fry Check kachori Flip kachori Fry till they become golden brown Check kachori Kachori became golden brown from both side Take out into a plate Prepare left over kachori same way Suji kachori is ready now Serve with tomato ketch up You can serve it with green chutney Or imly chutney You surely try it at home Give me feedback If you like my video than give LIKE SHARE with your friends SUBSCRIBE for more recipes Will you meet again THANK YOU and BYE
