Hello everyone myself Beena and welcome to my channel Tangy kitchen Today we will make spinach balls Kids like too much Mostly kids avoid to eat spinach FRESH BREAD CRUMS- 3/4 CUP CHEEZE CHAAT MASALA- 1/2 TSP GARLIC- 2 GRATED CHILLY FLAKES- 1 TSP SALT TO TASTE TURMERIC POWDER- 1/4 TSP AND OIL FOR FRY SPINACH- 1 CUP Put spinach for boil on gas Take pan and add water and spinach Boil for 2 to 3 minutes After 2 minutes off the gas Remove water from spinach Cool down spinach and make puree Spinach puree is ready now For making stuffing add chilly flakes in cheese Mix well Stuffing is ready For making spinach balls Add spinach puree into bread crums Add garlic paste Add chaat masala Add turmeric powder Add salt to taste Mix well Dough is ready for balls If there is less binding in mixure you can add more bread crums For making balls Take big lemon size of dough Make round and flat tikki Make whole Put stuffing Cover stuffing properly and make ball Ball is ready and put it into a plate Prepare left over balls same way Put oil for fry Oil is heated now Put balls one by one Fry till they become crisp and flip balls Spinach balls is ready now Serve into a serving plate Serve them with tomato ketch up You surely try at home Give me feedback If you like my video than give LIKE SHARE with your friends SUBSCRIBE for more recipes Will you meet again THANK YOU and BYE
