COLLEGE CAFETERIA WILL NOW BE SERVED BY OTHER STUDENTS. THE CAFETERIA IS NOW RUN COMPLETELY BY CULINARY STUDENTS .. INSTEAD OF BY AN OUTSIDE COMPANY. A GRAND OPENING CELEBRATION WAS HELD TODAY. THE COLLEGE’S CULINARY INSTRUCTOR SAYS STUDENTS USUALLY ONLY GET THIS OPPORTUNITY AT LARGER COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES .. SO HE IS LOOKING FORWARD TO HELPING THEM APPLY WHAT THEY’RE LEARNING IN THE CLASSROOM. BOB KOESTER/HEAD CHEF: “I’M VERY EXCITED. SOME OF THE STUDENTS ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT.
