My name is Neelima Mittal Cheese Capsicum Tomato Sabzi This is a recipe that can be made easily at home but is very tasty This can also be made as a side dish for parties etc. Let’s start Ingredients Green Capsicum – 250 grams (cut in small squares) Cottage Cheese – 250 grams (cut in small cubes) Tomato – 2 large (cut in small cubes) Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp Coriander Seed Powder – 1/2 tsp Fennel Seed Powder – 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder – 1/4 tsp All Spice Powder – 1/4 tsp Salt to taste Asafoetida – 1 pinch Switch on the gas Add 1 tbsp oil Tilt the pan on all sides so that they get greased We do this to make the dish in less oil and the ingredients do not stick to the pan Oil is warm, add Cumin Seeds Let it heat up just a bit Asafoetida a pinch Turmeric Powder Coriander Powder Fennel Seed Powder (Aniseed Powder) Red Chili Powder We will add All Spice Powder a bit later Sauté Green Capsicum We will cook these a bit before adding other vegetables Salt to taste We have added a bit now and the rest we will add later Cover it with a lid and bring the flame to LOW We will check after 3 to 4 minutes Lets check the Capsicum Colour has changed slightly Now we will add Cottage Cheese and Tomatoes And the remaining salt and All Spice Powder as well Salt All Spice Powder (Garam Masala) Cottage Cheese (Paneer) Tomatoes (Tamatar) We have added everything now We will mix everything and cover it for some time We have increaded the flame as all the ingredietns have been added The temperature would have gone down Cover it and bring the flame to LOW We have reduced the flame We will check after some time Lets check it now.
