Hello everyone myself Beena and welcome to my channel Tangy kitchen Today we will make cutlet of pumpkin Whickh looks attractive And delicious 500 – GM PUMPKIN Boil pumpkin in cooker FRESH BREAD CRUMS- 3/4 CUP SEMOLINA RED CHILLY POWDER – 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER- 1/4 TSP CORIANDER POWDER-1 TSP SALT TO TASTE CHAAT MASALA – 1 TSP CORIANDER LEAVES- 2 TBSP OIL AS NEEDED Smash pumpkin with smasher Put kadai on gas Add 1- tbsp oil in it Add smashed pumpkin Keep the flame slow Add red chilly powder Add turmeric powder Add chaat masala Add coriander powder and salt to taste Mix well Cook for 2 minutes Off the gas Take out mixure into a plate Mixure is cool down Add coriander leaves Add bread crums You can see mixure is soft now There is less binding in mixure Add more bread crums for binding mixure Mix well Mixure get proper binding and we add total 1 and 3/4 cup of freah bread crums For making cutlet Take medium size of dough And make square tikki You can see round tikki too Put cutlet into semolina bowl Coat cutlet with semolina properly After coat put it into a plate Prepare left over cutlet same way Put a tava on gas for roast Add 2- tbsp oil on it Put cutlet for roast You can deep fry too now we shallow fry Check cutlet Flip all cutlet Roast till they become golden brown from another side Check another side Cutlet became golden brown from another side Take out into a plate Serve into a serving plate You can serve it with tomato ketch up or green chutney You surely try it at home Give me feedback If you like my video than give LIKE SHARE with your friends SUBSCRIBE for more recipes Will you meet again THANK YOU and BYE
