Myself Beena and welcome to my channel Tangy kitchen Today we will make Masala rice We all lots of vegetables in it You can give it in lunch box to kids Let’s start making Masala Chaval BASAMATI RICE- 1 CUP WASH AND SOAKED IN WATER FOR 10 MINUTES CAULIFLOWER- 1/4 CUP CARROT-1/4 CUP ONION- 1 (CHOPPED) FRENCH BEAN- 1/4 CUP OIL – 2 TBSP GHEE- 1 TBSP BIRIYANI MASALA- 1/2 TSP JEERA- 1 TSP RED CHILLY POWDER- 1 TSP GARAM MASALA- 1/2 TSP GINGER SMALL,GREEN CHILLY 1 AND GARLIC – 5TO 6 (PASTE) CORIANDER POWDER- 2 TSP SALT TO TASTE Put a cooker on gas Add 2- tbsp oil and ghee in it Oil and ghee is heated now Add jeera and roast for few seconds After crackling jeera Add ginger, garlic and ginger paste Add onion Mix well Roast for 2 to 3 minutes After 2 minutes add carrot Add french bean Add cauliflower Add red chilly powder Add biriyani masala Add garam masala Add coriander powder Mix well You can also use potato Add rice Add salt to taste Mix well Roast for 3 to 4 minutes Keep the flame slow Add peas in it Add 1.5 cup of hot water in it Mix well Close the lid and cook for 1 whistle After 1 whistle off the gas After release pressure from cooker Open the lid Serve into serving plate You can serve it with curd or raita You surely try it at home Give me feedback
