TUESDAY. HE MAY HAVE A BRIEF FIRST
APPEARANCE BY VIDEO ON THURSDAY. MANHUNT CONTINUES FOR MORALES,
BUT THERE WAS NO DRAMATIC
SUBSTANCE. THE BALLISTIC EVIDENCE FOUND
