Today on The Stay At Home Chef I’m showing
you how to make The Best Buffalo Chicken Dip. We love all thing buffalo in our house because we love a little bit of spice with our food. Today I’m showing you how to make a buffalo
chicken dip that is sure to please, and is full of that buffalo wing goodness
in dip form. It starts with 16 ounces of softened cream
cheese, and that’s two packages, and you want to whip this together with a
hand mixer. Whip the cream cheese for about 60 seconds
until it’s light and fluffy. Next we’re going to add in 1 cup of buffalo hot wing sauce and 1 cup of bleu cheese dressing. And then just stir that in using a rubber
spatula. Then we’re also going to add in 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, and I like to use sharp cheddar for this, as well as 2 cups of shredded cooked chicken. You can use rotisserie chicken or leftover
chicken or I just cooked a couple of chicken breasts
in an Instant Pot. Those are super handy. Next we’re going to transfer this all to
a 9×9 baking dish. and you want to make sure that pan is lightly
greased so it doesn’t stick. And then I just spread it out a little bit and then I like to sprinkle some crumbled
bleu cheese on top. I find that it gives it a little bit more
of that traditional buffalo hot wing flavor to have the crumbled bleu cheese on top. And that’s it! Bake this in a 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. After 20 to 25 minutes your cheese should
be warm and bubbling and you’ll be ready to serve. Slice a baguette and some celery sticks for
