Today’s recipe is Pulse fried in hotel cooking style. Its very common to cook pulses at home, but hotel cooked pulses tastes more. watch today’s short video, and cook your hotel taste pulse fry at home for your tasty meal. its ingredients are very simple and common tomato, green chili, onion, crushed ginger and garlic, all as per your taste. got 125 gram pulse, and get it dip in water 1 hour before cooking. first of all pulse will be boiled in recipe mixture with pressure cooker, then it will be fried for hotel taste serving. get 1/2 cup oil and fry the half onion to get it lite brown color. after 2 minutes onion fry, add half tomato, green chili, ginger and garlic paste to get recipe mixture ready. after 5 minute, add red chili and salt as per your taste, i have added 1 spoon salt and 1 spoon red chili crush. mixture is ready now, now add pulse and get it some water to dip the pulse in water for pressure for 5 minutes. i have added 3 glass water to dip the pulse, now it will be closed for 5 minutes pressure, so it get soft for fry. close the pressure cooker, and get it pressure for 5 minutes, so pulse will get ready for fry. i check after 3 minutes pressure, its get soft now, keep it on medium burner for more 5 to 7 minutes more. after that, pulse will be ready for fry, and it will be same taste as we get from hotel. at this stage, check the salt and chili taste, i need to add half spoon more salt. you can adjust it as per your taste. now get the rest of tomato, green chili, ginger and garlic paste into fry pan and fry in 2 to 3 spoon oil. and add the pressure cooked pulse in this fry pan for 5 minutes, and get it ready for final serving. no need to add more salt or red chili, its already added in pressure cooker, just add 1/2 spoon spice blend for taste. You can add butter or butter oil in fry pan, instead of regular oil, to get more tasty pulse fry recipe. after 3 minutes, add the pressure cooked pulse in fry pan and cook it for just 5 minutes. hotel chefs use mutton or beef curry oil reserve to add more taste. it gets more taste in pulse fry i have also got potato beef curry reserve oil, and added it for more taste. after 5 minutes fry, add green Coriander, and today’s recipe is ready for serving. today’s recipe is ready, you can enjoy it in meal with bread with your friends and family. if you like today’s video, do like, and share it, and also subscribe for more video update.
