Chicago first opened its doors in 1927, as the Stevens Hotel. It continues to fulfill the vision of its
original founder and first name sake. To create an entirely self-sufficient city
within a city, a place capable of offering the most extensive convention and
conference facilities in a primary destination. Today we’re keeping the dream alive, with
an extensive $150 Million Dollar Rejuvenation, to maintain the
hotel’s classic integrity. All the
modern conveniences you’ve come to expect to deliver the very best meetings,
conventions, and accommodations experience. The Hilton Chicago features
1,544 spacious guest rooms and over two 234,000 square
feet of meeting space, including one of the grandest of ballrooms in the country. Make your grand arrival like Queen Elizabeth
the Second, meet in the same room as Charles a Lindberg, and dance in the
same space as Betty Davis. All of it
happened right here in the Grand Ballroom, accommodating up to 1,650
attendees. Adjacent to the Grand Ballroom is one of Chicago’s
largest meeting venues, the International Ballroom, which comfortably accommodates
2,400 guests theater style or 1,800 banquet style. At over 22,000 square feet
the International Ballroom can be divided in two, with North offering 14,000
square feet and South offering 8,600 square feet. Here we are in the McCormick Boardroom, this stylish
VIP setting offers an experience with all the multimedia conveniences one could
need. This is just one of 70
breakout rooms within the building. Additional breakout areas include our
Stevens Meeting Center, Third, Fourth and Fifth floors, ranging between 260 to 3,000
square feet. Other unique spaces include 13 residentially
inspired hospitality suites, ranging anywhere from 800 to 1,400
square feet. The Stevens Meeting Center is a highly adaptable
space with 119,000 square feet. While also serving as our in-house exhibit
hall, this event center can be divided into four
separate halls, including both a registration area and an office. Easy to navigate through all meeting levels,
and offering the technology you would expect, with numerous networking spots, our
meeting spaces are vertically positioned, from the lower level to the Eighth
floor, providing a seamless flow with a 14 car elevator Bank, to easily expedite
your attendees between meeting space and breakouts. When it’s time to eat
the 720 South Bar and Grill is a popular dining establishment, and features a
cuisine of local Midwest flavors, craft beer selection, and hand-crafted cocktails
and mock-tails; it’s open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Located right off the lobby we have Urban
Kitchen, providing the freshness of a neighbourhood market and convenience of
a side-walk café on the go. Kitty O’ Shea’s has long been a staple of
Chicago, for a spirited event over a pint when business comes to a close at the
end of the day. The Hilton Chicago
offers one of a kind suites to network, such as our Conrad suite, the largest hotel
suite in the Midwest. Occupying two
floors that overlook Chicago’s picturesque Grant Park and Michigan
Avenue. The space features a grand salon,
dining room with seating for up to 12, library with pool table and bar,
kitchen, and 3 bedrooms with full bathrooms. The hotel also offers 14 others speciality
suites, in addition to a private breakfast room at
