Hello everyone myself Beena and welcome to my channel Tangy kitchen Today wewill make Hara bhara bites You can serve it as breakfast or snacks You can serve it as starter Which is crisp and delicious Let’s start making Hara bhara Bites PEAS- 2 CUPS(MAKE PASTE) CORIANDER LEAVES- 1/2 CUP FRESH BREAD CUMS- 1 CUP SUGAR- 1 TBSP SALT TO TASTE GARAM MASALA – 1 TSP GREEN CHILLY -4, GINGER SMALL GARLIC- 7 (PASTE) OIL AS NEEDED JEERA- 1 TSP AND WHOLE CORIANDER SEEDS- 1 TSP FUNNEL SEEDS- 1 TSP(COARSELY GRINDER) TURMERIC POWDER- 1/2 TSP LEMON JUICE- 1/2 ASAFEATIDA-1/4 TSP Put a kadai on gas Add 1- tbsp oil in it Oil is heated now Add coarsely grinder jeera, funnel and coriander seeds Add pinch of asafeatida After crackling jeera Add turmeric powder Add ginger, garlic and green chilly paste Mix well Keep the flame slow Roast for 1- minute After 1 minute Add peas paste Cook for 3 to 4 minutes After 3 minutes Peas become darker Peas is cooked now Add salt to taste Add garam masala Add sugar Mix well Keep the flame off Add lemon juice Mix it and take out into a plate Mixure is cool down Add chopped coriander leaves Add fresh bread cums Mix well Mixure got proper binding and we can make bites easily You can add more bread cums if proper binding is not foamed For making bites you can make any shape like circle, square or rectangle We make square bites Put it into plate Prepare left over bites same way Put oil for heat Oil is heated now Add bites for fry one by one We need hot oil for fry Keep the flame slow Fry till they become crisp from all over Check Bites Flip all Bites Check Bites they become crisp And become golden brown Take out into a plate Fry left over Bites same way Hara Bhara Bites is ready Serve with tomato ketch up You can serve with green chutney You surely try it at home Give me feedback If you like my video than give LIKE SHARE with your friends SUBSCRIBE for more recipes Will you meet again THANK YOU BYE
