Hello friends, welcome to R Krati’s kitchen today we prepare potato green peas curry (restaurant style) ingredients required – 2 boiled potatoes 1 cup green peas, 1 thin sliced medium onion 2 thin sliced medium size tomato (tomato paste) 3 green chili, 2 tbs coriander leaves 3 tbs cooking oil, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp coriander leaves 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp garam masala, salt (as required) heat pan then pour cooking oil heat oil then add cumin seeds add green chili, add onion and fry in med flame for 3 min add ginger garlic paste and cook it for 2 min in low flame add tomatoes and add little salt cover and let it cook for 5 min in med flame add turmeric, coriander and red chili powder in low flame and cook for 1 min add green peas in med flame mix and cover it and let it cook for 5 min if like crunchy and hard peas add potatoes otherwise cook for 5 more min add potatoes (mashed) add salt to taste and fry for 1 min add 1.5 cup water and cook it in med flame for 5 min add garam masala and cover for 2 min garnish with coriander leaves and turn off flame ready to serve try this recipe and for new recipes like and subscribe my channel
