this schezwan fried rice is made with chings secret fried rice masala ingredients and quantities are listed in the description box. here they are oil rice, soaked in water for 30 minutes and water drained out chopped bell pepper/capsicum ginger garlic paste chopped carrot frozen corn frozen green peas salt chings secret schezwan fried rice masala pouch since we are going to partially boil rice we are randomly taking 1 liter water. the remaining water will be drained out we will boil the rice first add the water and let it come to a boil. keep heat on high when the water comes to a boil we will add the rice cook the rice about 75%. it will get cooked fully when we cook it with the veggies the water has come to a boil. add the rice also add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tsp salt. stir and cover with a lid then reduce heat to low check a couple of times in between and cook rice till 75% done after 7 minutes the rice is 75% cooked put off the heat and drain out the water while the water drains out we will saute the vegetables clean the kadahi and add oil. let the oil heat up oil is hot. reduce heat to low and add the ginger garlic paste. saute for about 30 seconds/till light brown keep stirring constantly so that it does not stick to the kadahi and get burnt now raise heat to medium and add all the vegetables – carrot, peas, corn, bell pepper and the schezwan fried masala we are using the entire packet. you may add as per your need mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. the veggies should retain their crunchiness if you are taking fresh veggies they will need a while longer to cook the veggies took 2 minutes to get a bit soft. now add the boiled rice and mix well cover with a lid and cook for 4-5 minutes on low heat after 5 minutes the rice are completely cooked and the veggies are cooked yet crunchy put off the heat and transfer the fried rice to a serving dish do try this schezwan fried rice and share your experience earlier we have made schezwan fried rice with home made schezwan sauce. click the links on the screen to check out these videos if you like the recipe please share our video and subscribe to our channel. thanks for watching
