I heard about this through a chef in Orange County, and he told me that this is such a great resource. I get to come in here and talk to chefs and
people in the food industry and get connected with them. What’s very fabulous about this particular
resource is that this company offers it for free. So, they take the time just to educate us
on how to save water and energy, so it’s just a win-win situation for both the company
here, as also for ourselves. So, I’m very very pleased.
