Hello everyone myself Beena and welcome to my channel Tangy kitchen Today we will make stuffed Bhindi Which is delicious and tangy OIL – 1 TBSP LADY FINGER- 250 WASH AND MAKE DRY WITH COTTON CLOTH TAKE LADY FINGER REMOVE TOP AND BOTTOM PART WITH KNIFE GIVE LONG CUT CHAAT MASALA- 1/2 TSP SALT TO TASTE GARAM MASALA – 1/2 TSP CORIANDER POWDER- 1 TBSP JEERA POWDER- 1 TSP LEMON- 1 RED CHILLY POWDER- 1 TSP AESAFOTIDA- 1/4 TSP Preparation for masala Take a bowl and add red chilly powder Add garam msala Add chaat masala Add coriander powder Add turmeric powder Add salt to taste Add lemon juice for binding Mix well Masala is prepared Take lady finger and stuffed masala in it Stuffed left lady finger same way For fried Bhindi Put kadai on gas and add 1- tbsp oil in it Oil is heated now Add jeera After crackling jeera Add aesafetida Put all stuffed Bhindi for fry Mix well Keep the flame slow Cook till they become soft Close the lid Check Bhindi and stir between Cook more Close the lid Bhindi is cooked now Turn off gas Serve in serving plate You can serve it with roti,puri. chapati etc You surely try it at home Give me feedback If you like my video than give LIKE SHARE with your friends SUBSCRIBE for more recipes Will you meet again and BYE
