Chicken Malai Curry Today I am going to cook “CHICKEN MALAI CURRY”. This recipe is very easy I cooked it like a restaurant style. The ingredients for this are 1 kg chicken leg piece marinated in 200 gm curd for half an hour. 3 spoon chicken masala Powder of (EVEREST). Which, I have made the paste with little water. 2 spoon readymade ginger-garlic paste. Fresh cream 200 ml. 8 medium size onions finely chopped. 4 tomatoes puree. Now for cook chicken malai curry Pour 4 tablespoon oil into the pressure cooker. When oil became heat add ginger garlic paste. When it become cooked then add chopped onions. Onions quantity is much so, I am adding salt now for easily cook onions. When onions become slightly fry then add spices paste into it and mix well. After frying spices paste add tomato puree and mix well. Cook it for 2 minutes then add curd marinated chicken pieces into it and mix well. Cook chicken pieces in spices for 5 minutes then add ½ cup of water and cover the pressure cooker. I am not adding much water in it because curd releases water. Cook it on medium flame and switch off the gas after 4-5 whistles. After 5 whistle chicken has cooked Now add the cream into it. After adding cream, chickens colour and taste becomes good. Finely chicken malai curry is ready. I made it in very easy way. In this recipe combination curd, cream and spices gives it different and delicious taste. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and cream and serve hot.
