Hello everyone myself Beena and welcome to my channel Tangy kitchen Today we will make Maxican rice Which taste is different and delicious Which is simple and instant Let’s start making Maxican Rice OIL- 2 TBSP BASAMATI RICE- 1 CUP (SOAKED IN WATER FOR 20 MINUTES) Remove water from it BOILED RAJAMA- 1/2 CUP TOMATO- 2 BIG(Blanch and than make puree) Strain puree with strainer PEAS- 1/2 CUP (FROZEN) I f you use regular peas than boil peas TOMATO KETCH UP- 1 TBSP SALT TO TASTE TACO SEASONING- 1 TBSP OREGANO- 1 TSP COEN BOILED- 1/2 CUP ONION- 1 CHOPPED JEERA- 1 TSP JEERA POWDER- 1/2 TSP CHILLY FLAKES- 1 TSP GARLIC PASTE- 2 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES- 2 TBSP CHEESE FOR GARNISHING Put a kadai on gas Add 2- tbsp oil in it Oil is heated now add jeera in it After crackling jeera Add chopped onion Add garlic paste Mix well roast till onion get light pink in colour Onion became light pink in colour Keep the flame slow Add jeera powder Add chilly flakes Add oregano Add taco seasoning Mix well Add soaked rice in it Cook on low flame for 5 minutes After 5 minutes Add tomato puree Add tomato ketch up Add salt to taste Add water (double quantity of rice) Add 2 cups of water in it Keep the flame high Close the lid and cook for 3 minutes After 3 minutes check rice Mostly water absorb Add boiled rajama Add peas Add boiled corn Mix well Cook till water burn Water is burned now Rice is cooked now Add chopped coriander leaves Mix well and off the gas Serve into serving plate Garnish with cheese and green coriander leaves Serve with curd or raita Give me feedback If you like my video than give LIKE SHARE with your friends SUBSCRIBE for more recipes Will you meet again THANK YOU and BYE
