Hello everyone, myself Beena. you are welcome to Tangy Kitchen Today we will make Kheer which usually made from sama, chawal, or sevaiya Rice ( chawal ) kheer is more tasty among all others rice kheer is made usually during festivals it is very delicious you sure try this recipe at home If you like my video then give LIKE, SHARE and give feedback in comment SUBSCRIBE my channel Lets start making kheer INGREDIENTS FULL FAT MILK – 1 LTR BASMASTI RICE – 1/2 CUP You can use regular rice also SUGAR- 5 TBSP ALMOND – 5-6 CHOPPED CASHEW NUT – 7-8 CHOPPED PISTACHEO – 5-6 CHOPPED CARDAMOM POWDER – 1 TSP I have put milk in a dip utensil for boiling when it starts boiling, bring down gas flame to low and boil for 4-5 minutes so that it become thicker add wet rice mix well so that rice dont get stick to bottom and rice gets mixed properly with milk add rice only after some time of boiling milk so that it dont get over cooked Bring up gas flame to high Keep stirring till it starts boiling stir it by bringing spoon at bottom so that rice dont get stick keep stirring in between milk is boiling now, bring down gas flame to low boil it for 15 minutes stir in between after 15 minutes, it is thick and cooked add sugar and mix well cook for 2-3 minutes add cardamom powder add chopped cashew nuts add half of chopped almonds keep half for garnishing add half of pistacheos mix well it is very thick now Kheer is ready turn of gas and transfer to serving bowl Keer is served in a bowl garnish with chopped pistacheo sprinkle chopped almonds Mouth watering Keer is ready store it in freeze and then enjoy tasty kheer If you like my video then give LIKE and SHARE with your friends SUBSCRIBE my channel so that you can watch my upcoming videos will meet you again with new recipe . see you for now Thank you…Bye
