CHRIS COOMBS IS OWNER. OF A RESTAURANT. HE SAYS LETTER GRADING WOULD BE A PLUS. THE CITY OF BOSTON WANTS TO ISSUE ALL RESTAURANTS GRADES FROM A TO C BASED ON CLEANLINESS. WE’VE DONE OUR RESEARCH TO INDICATE IN OTHER MAJOR CITIES THIS HAS BEEN A STRONG BOOST. IT’S REDUCED THE SANITARY VIOLATIONS IN RESTAURANTS AS WELL.
