(slow footsteps) (thoughtful piano) (drink pouring) – When I was a young kid, I loved music. And that was the
70’s music invasion. That was a really
powerful time in music. I was a drummer playing all over the city. And one day, the owner of a nightclub that was not doing very well, that was losing money, he literally threw
the keys at me and suddenly I was
running the place. (drumming) I fell in love with the impact that a bar can have on you. That was my turning point. Every bar rescue since, people are counting on me. I walk in motivated. I’m their last chance for real. And I’m not gonna let them fail. That was really powerful for me. It became about people, not bars. (drumming) (light footsteps)
