Green gram – 250g, soaked overnight

Cumin powder – ¼ tbsp.
Garam masala – to taste
Salt – to taste
Coconut oil Today, let’s make a delicious green gram curry.. Green gram – 250g, soaked overnight Onion – 2 big, finely chopped

Garlic – 10 big cloves or 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste Green chilly – 3 nos For the spices, we need Turmeric powder, Chilly powder, Coriander powder, cumin seed powder, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and garam masala to prepare the curry, firstly add coconut oil to a pressure cooker add 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds and let it splutter add Cumin seeds – ½ tbsp immediately add chopped onions add green chillies to taste add a bay leaf as the moisture from the onions is lost, add ginger garlic paste saute the paste until its raw smell goes away Add ¾ tbsp turmeric powder and sauté until the raw smell goes away Add 2 tbsp coriander powder and sauté until the raw smell goes away Add 1 tbsp chilly powder (or as per your taste) and sauté until the raw smell goes away add chopped tomatoes and salt to taste add Cumin powder – ¼ tbsp mix thoroughly close with a lid and cook the tomatoes until soft and mushy if you do not have enough time to soak the green gram, simply dry roast the green gram in a pan and add to the pressure cooker now, add soaked green gram to the pressure cooker add 3 glasses of water to cook the green gram put on the lid and cook for 5 whistles and turn off the flame the green gram has now cooked well.. add garam masala to taste Add garam masala to taste.. Add little first, taste the curry and add more if required.. turn off the flame and garnish with some curry leaves curry is now ready.. transfer to a serving bowl..
