Hello everyone my self Beena and welcome to my channel Tangy kitchen Today we will make pohe Kachori Which prepared with less ingridients Let’s start making Poha Kachori POHA – 1.5 CUP (BITTEN RICE 0R FLATTEN RICE) POTATO- 2 BOILED CORIANDER LEAVES- 1/4 CUP RICE FLOUR- 2 TBSP CHHAT MASALA POWDER- 1.5 TSP SALT TO TASTE RED CHILLY POWDER- 1 TSP OIL FOR FRY GREEN CHILLY – 1 AND GINGER SMALL Wash poha with water Add water into poha bowl and wash it Separate water from poha Add poha into bowl Add water and put poha for soak for 2minutes Poha is soaked now Separate water from poha Put poha in sieve so that extra water reomve properly After remove water take out poha into bowl Smashed poha with hand Add boiled potato Add salt to taste Add ginger and garlic paste Add red chilly powder Add coriander leaves Add chaat masala Add rice flour Mix well For making Kachori Take lemon size dough from mixure And make round tikki Put it into a plate Prepared all tikki same way Put oil for fry We need hot oil for fry Oil is heated now Add one by one kachori for fry Fry till they became golden brown and crisp Flip Kachori Kachori is ready Take out into a plate and fry left over Kachori same way Poha Kachori is ready Which is delicious and crisp Surely try it at home Give me feedback
